     Rebecca Wilkerson was born on 28 June 1792 in Burke County, North Carolina, now McDowell County.2 She was the daughter of Moses Wilkerson and Rebecca Sellers.2 Rebecca Wilkerson married Jonathan Morgan, son of Rev. Perminter Morgan and Gracie Jones, on 18 February 1811 in Burke County, North Carolina.2 Rebecca Wilkerson died on 20 February 1859 at age 66.2
     She and Jonathan Morgan appeared on the 1850 Federal census of McDowell County, North Carolina, enumerated 10 September 1850.1

     Elijah Morgan was born on 26 February 1798 in Rutherford County, North Carolina.1 He was the son of Rev. Perminter Morgan and Gracie Jones.1 Elijah Morgan married as his first wife Rutha Wilkerson, daughter of Moses Wilkerson and Rebecca Sellers, date unknown.2 Elijah Morgan married Susannah Reel as his second wife in November 1829.2 He died on 6 June 1869 in McDowell County, North Carolina, at age 71.2

     Abner Morgan was born on 18 June 1790 in Rutherford County, North Carolina.1 He was the son of Rev. Perminter Morgan and Gracie Jones.1 Abner Morgan married as his first wife Nancy Jane Wilkerson, daughter of Moses Wilkerson and Rebecca Sellers, after 1805.2 Abner Morgan married as his second wife Elizabeth Wilkerson, daughter of Moses Wilkerson and Rebecca Sellers, date unknown.2 Abner Morgan died on 14 April 1857 in Van Buren County, Arkansas, at age 66.2

     He took the oath of allegience during the Revolutionary War.4
