     John Kingsbury was born on 15 August 1643 in Dedham, Massachusetts Bay Colony, now Norfolk County.3,1,2 He was the son of Joseph Kingsbury and Millicent Ames.3,2 John Kingsbury married Elizabeth Fuller, daughter of Thomas Fuller on 29 November 1666.3 He died on 30 May 1669 at age 25.3
