     John Crow was born in 1606 in England.2 He was the son of John Crow and Olive Bird.3 John Crow married as his second wife Elizabeth Goodwin, daughter of William Goodwin and Elizabeth White, before 1634 in Hartford, Connecticut Colony, now Hartford County.4 John Crow died on 18 June 1686 in Hartford, Connecticut Colony.1,2
     He witnessed the birth of Christopher Crow date unknown in England; He was probably a relative of John Crow but the connection is unclear.5 He immigrated in 1634.1,2,6 He lived in Hadley, Massachusetts Bay Colony, now Hampshire County, before 1650 He was one of the first settlers, but then moved back to Hartford..1

     Abraham Perkins was born in 1708 in Ipswich, Province of Massachusetts Bay.1 He was the son of Abraham Perkins and Abigail Dodge.1 Abraham Perkins married as his first wife Elizabeth Ely on 28 February 1739 in Lyme, Connecticut Colony, by rev. George Beckwith. They had eight children.1,2 Abraham Perkins married as his second wife Mary Pearson on 15 July 1759 in Lyme, Connecticut Colony, She was the widow of Richard Ely. They had three children.1 Abraham Perkins died on 10 May 1786 in Lyme, New London County, Connecticut.1,2,3
     He answered the alarm in Lexington, Province of Massachusetts Bay, on 19 April 1775.2 He left a will on 3 April 1786.1 His will was proved/probated on 11 September 1786.1

Esther Crow1

     Esther Crow was born circa 1628. Esther's birth date and birth place are questionable. Some sources say that she was born in England in 1628. The Ricker Compilation says she was aged 72 at her death, supporting the 1628 date. However, if her mother's birth date is correct, she would have been only 11. Either Esther's birth date is incorrect or John had a first wife in England.1,2 She was the daughter of John Crow and Elizabeth Goodwin.1 Esther Crow married Giles Hamlin in Connecticut Colony. The date is estimated based on the birth of a child in 1655.1,3 Esther Crow died on 25 August 1700 in Hartford, Connecticut Colony.4,2
     Esther was also known as Hester.
