     Richard Leonard was born circa 1626 in Bridgewater, Plymouth Colony, now Plymouth County, Massachusetts.¹ He was the son of Solomon Leonard and Mary (?).¹ Richard Leonard married Mary Pilbeame, daughter of James Pilbeame, before 1671.¹ Richard Leonard died on 10 April 1700 in Rehoboth, Province of Massachusetts Bay.¹

     Mary Pilbeame was born circa 1645 in Rehoboth, Plymouth Colony, now Bristol County, Massachusetts.¹ She was the daughter of James Pilbeame.¹ Mary Pilbeame married Richard Leonard, son of Solomon Leonard and Mary (?), before 1671.¹ Mary Pilbeame died on 3 December 1700 in Rehoboth, Province of Massachusetts Bay.¹

     John May was born in 1631 in England.^3,4 He was the son of John May and (--?--) (?).² John May married Sarah Brewer, daughter of Daniel Brewer and Joanna Morrill, on 19 November 1656 She was the widow of (--?--) Bruce.² John May died on 11 September 1671 in Roxbury, Massachusetts Bay Colony.⁴
     He immigrated in 1640 on the James arriving in Boston, Massachusetts Bay Colony, with his parents John May and (--?--) (?).² John May became a freeman in 1660.²

     Sarah Brewer was born on 13 March 1637/38 in Massachusetts Bay Colony.² She was the daughter of Daniel Brewer and Joanna Morrill.¹ Sarah Brewer married as her second husband John May, son of John May and (--?--) (?), on 19 November 1656 She was the widow of (--?--) Bruce.¹ Sarah Brewer died on 4 March 1670/71 at age 32.³

     Mary May was born on 7 November 1657 in Roxbury, Massachusetts Bay Colony.¹ She was the daughter of John May and Sarah Brewer.¹ Mary May married Joseph Ruggles on 4 November 1675 in Roxbury, Massachusetts Bay Colony.^2,3 Her death date has not been found.
