Their children were all born in Hingham, MA.^2,3 Nehemiah Leavitt died on 25 May 1715 in Exeter, Province of New Hampshire, now Rockingham County, at age 59. Administration of his estate was granted to his widow on 9 June 1715.³

     Alice (?) was born in 1658 in Hingham, Massachusetts Bay Colony, now Plymouth County. She married as her second husband Nehemiah Leavitt, son of Deacon John Leavitt and Sarah Gilman, circa 1685 in Plymouth, Plymouth Colony, now Massachusetts, She was the widow of Daniel Gilman.
